HOW TO CONSIGn
20% of your sales will be retained by Voyager for youth outdoor adventrues
1. Drop off your items at the Ouray County 4H Event Center on Thursday, Nov. 21 between 4 pm and 7 pm. We will only accept winter, other recreational gear, and apparel in GOOD condition. Drop off will CLOSE at 7 pm on Thursday.
2. Register online HERE by 4pm on Nov. 21. Alternatively, you can register in-person at drop off.
3. Download this MERCHANDISE INVENTORY LIST and bring a hard copy to drop off. Or, you can do this in-person at drop off.
4. You will tag your items with merchandise tags that we will provide (do not use your own labels) at drop off on Thursday evening, Nov. 21. Please plan ahead and budget enough time for tagging all of your items by 7 pm. Voyager is not responsible for lost or mislabeled items.
5. Leave your items for us to sort and sell on Nov. 22 and 23.
6. Pickup your unsold items between 1 pm - 3 pm on Saturday, Nov. 23. Any unclaimed items after 3 pm will be donated to charity.
7. Put your cape on: 20% of the proceeds from your sales will support Voyager and Ouray County youth. We will send your 80% portion by Dec. 15, 2024.
