Summer Adventures Interest Survey

For families & youth ages 9+

We want to hear from you so we can design camps that meet the current needs and interests of teens and tweens participating in our summer adventures.  It should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please fill out a separate survey for each child that might be interested in participating.

Each response will be entered in $25 gift card drawings to local outdoor retailers. Thank you
