
Teen Program Assistant
The Teen Program Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Voyager’s teen programs and community initiatives. The Assistant will work closely with the Teen & Community Liaison and Executive Director to implement high-quality, safe, and engaging youth programs.

The ideal candidate is organized, relational, adaptable, and passionate about working with teens. They will serve as a trusted, consistent adult presence while supporting program logistics, youth engagement, and community collaboration.

This part-time position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on organizational needs and performance.


Lead Teacher: Summer Enrichment
The Lead Summer Teacher is responsible for implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that support youth development, safety, and positive behavior during the summer program. This role supervises children and assists with daily routines, field trips, and group management while maintaining compliance with Colorado state childcare licensing requirements. Lead Summer Teachers also support other staff, communicate with program leadership, and help create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants.

Assistant Summer Teacher
The Assistant Summer Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in supervising children and implementing daily activities that are safe, engaging, and age-appropriate. This role assists with group management, transitions, field trips, and daily routines while ensuring children’s safety and well-being in accordance with Colorado state childcare licensing requirements. Assistant Summer Teachers help create a positive, inclusive environment and work collaboratively with staff to support youth development.
